Trainee Lettings Consultant
This full‑time, permanent role is based in Ilkley. The standard work week is 38.75 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:30, Friday 9:00 to 17:00, with alternate Saturdays 9:30 to 13:00. The realistic OTE is £26,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all enquiries, face‑to‑face, telephone and electronic, and set appointments to maximise opportunities and meet branch targets.
- Register applicants and encourage viewings of suitable properties, while urging landlords to use a full range of services.
- Receive full training to understand and comply with lettings regulations.
