We're now looking for a Lettings Consultant to join our team in Sheffield.
On target earnings range from £25,600 - £28,000 per Annum.
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm, Friday 5pm finish, and alternate Saturdays: 9:30am-1pm.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and online
- Register applicants and match them with suitable rental properties
- Arrange and conduct viewings, building rapport with prospective tenants
- Generate new business opportunities and promote our full range of lettings services
- Keep applicants and landlords informed with regular feedback and updates
- Work towards targets and KPIs while delivering an exceptional customer experience
We're looking for someone with
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A target-driven mindset with the motivation to earn commission
- Experience delivering excellent customer service
- Good organisational and IT skills
- Previous property experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided
