Due to continued expansion, we are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Leeds, Dock Street. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience plus annual bonus.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:

  • Support for Property Managers.
  • Arranging training of new staff and current staff to ensure all PMs achieve the Green level of competency required.
  • Regular meetings with Branch Managers and Property Managers.
  • Monitor Branch Organiser to ensure everything is covered and no errors are pending.
  • Balancing PM cover depending on workloads within their defined area.
  • Complaint reviews and resolution prior to escalating.

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager is required for this role.
