This is a full-time, permanent position located in North Leeds. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.75 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, early finish on a Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm. On Target Earnings of £28,000.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.
  • Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
  • Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
  • Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.
