This is a full-time, permanent position located in York. The role is paying up to £30,000 OTE depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • As a Property Manager you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained.
  • The role means every day is different as you will spend your days out and about visiting properties.
  • You will carry out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Experience carrying out inventories.
  • Self-motivated, well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
  • A good understanding of what constitutes fair wear and tear and will have dealt successfully with tenant disputes and returning deposits.
  • Excellent customer care.
