An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Property Management Administrator based in Dock Street, Leeds. The salary package on offer is £25,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience.

The role:

  • Resolving utility bill issues with providers and councils.
  • Managing and responding to general enquiries from tenants and landlords.
  • Responding to general enquiries from lettings and managing the Property Management inbox.
  • Managing process for keys including keys for contractors and keys for tenants moving in.
  • Assisting the Area Property Manager with day-to-day administration of the department.

What we are looking for:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy across all tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with daily practical use.
