We’re now looking for a Property Inspector to join our team in Hessle.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-5:30, 9-5 on a Friday, and 9:30am-1pm 1 in 4 Saturdays
What you’ll be doing: This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining property standards and delivering a professional service to landlords and tenants. You’ll:
- Conduct routine property inspections across the portfolio
- Produce detailed inspection reports and send them to landlords/property managers
- Identify and report maintenance issues
- Manage inspection-related calls and assist with general phone enquiries
- Prepare and organise keys for scheduled inspections
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Assist management with additional duties when required
What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and customer-focused, who takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in property (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Good IT skills and confidence using property management systems
- High attention to detail
- A practical, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
