Due to continue expansion,we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as aMaintenance Technician. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Headingley. The salary for this role is £30,000 annually.
Let's talk about the role. It involves;
- Carrying out repairs and improvements on a diverse portfolio of student and professional properties, in and around the Headingley and Hyde Park districts of Leeds.
- You will be required to supply your own basic tools and further tools will be provided as required.
- You will be tasked with carry out works in both occupied and unoccupied properties across the following disciplines; Wet plumbing, painting, joinery
- Basic none qualified electrical skills
- General property repairs
