This is a full-time, permanent contract position located in Headingley Lane. The salary is £25,000 + bonus.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:

  • Supporting the Accounts Team with a variety of tasks including the processing of invoices, receipting rents, assisting with rent arrears.
  • Processing payments and assisting with the management of our bank accounts.
  • Dealing with tenants, over the telephone and via email, who have a maintenance issue with their property.
  • Identifying the problem and assessing if it requires a contractor to visit or if it is user error.
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt and professional approach to repairs and maintenance, keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents.
  • Supporting the Customer Service Team with general administration tasks, processing Tenants files, chasing Tenants for documents/payments and assisting with the lettings season.

  • Thorough understanding of legal compliance in property management, ensuring accurate documentation.
