Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, is a leading network of lettings and estate agencies. We have 23 offices and over 350 staff assisting customers. We are looking for a Maintenance Consultant for a full‑time, permanent position in Horsforth. The salary is £25,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Deal with tenants over the telephone and via email regarding maintenance issues.
- Identify the problem and assess whether a contractor is required or if the issue is a user error.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt, professional repair and maintenance process, keeping all parties fully informed and obtaining all necessary consents.
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated, well organised and experienced in a customer‑service environment.
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
- IT literacy.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage; basic knowledge of household maintenance issues is sufficient as a full training programme will be provided for candidates with the right qualities.
