This is a full-time, permanent position located in Headingley. The salary on offer is ÂŁ30,000 pa.
Let’s Talk About The Role. It Involves:- Wet plumbing
- Painting
- Joinery
- Basic, non‑qualified electrical work
- General property repairs
You’ll be working in both occupied and unoccupied properties, often at a fast pace, and there will be opportunities for additional paid work at key times of the year.
We’re looking for individuals with qualities such as:- Living within 10 miles of the Headingley office
- A full, clean driving licence
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to develop within the role
- Confidence with customers and a personable, “can‑do” attitude
- Experience across a wide range of trades, ideally with exposure to high-volume residential work
- The ability to organise your own diary
