Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Tenancy Compliance Coordinator. This is a maternity cover position based in

Horsforth

. This is a fixed term contract for 9 - 12 months maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review newly listed properties and conduct initial compliance checks.
  • Obtain title deeds from third-party providers where required.
  • Monitor and request outstanding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation.
  • Issue tenancy agreements once compliance requirements have been satisfied.

• Complete tenancy progression administration including

  • Signing off tenancy agreements.
  • Issuing key release authorisation.
  • Monitor and chase outstanding compliance requirements across branch offices, ensuring documentation is obtained within required timescales.
  • Respond to compliance and tenancy-related queries from branch teams and landlords.

Change of Sharer Administration

  • Manage and monitor the tenant referencing process through to completion.
  • Provide daily referencing updates, highlighting progress, outstanding actions, delays exceeding one week, and cases requiring escalation.
  • Accurately inputting new tenancy details onto CRM.
  • Registering tenancy deposits and issuing relevant deposit documents to tenants.
  • Assist with change of sharer progression to ensure strict deadlines met.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, branch teams, and third-party providers.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage issues through to resolution.
