You will handle maintenance issues reported by tenants via phone and email, identify problems, decide if a contractor visit is needed, and liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to arrange prompt repairs.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000–£28,000 with an annual bonus, a comprehensive benefits package through LOMONDlife, and training.
