Due to continued expansion, we are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Horsforth. The salary for this role is £25,000 annually.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:

  • Carrying out repairs and improvements on a diverse portfolio of student and professional properties, in and around the Headingley and Hyde Park districts of Leeds.
  • You will be required to supply your own basic tools and further tools will be provided as required.
  • You will be tasked with carrying out works in both occupied and unoccupied properties across the following disciplines:
    • Wet plumbing
    • Painting
    • Joinery
    • Basic non-qualified electrical skills
    • General property repairs
