We are now looking for a Lettings Consultant to join our team in Holmfirth.
On target earnings range from £25,500 - £27,000 per annum.
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm, Friday 5pm finish, and alternate Saturdays: 9:30am-1pm.
Responsibilities
This is a target-driven, customer-focused role where you'll play a key part in helping people find their next home while supporting landlords to let their properties quickly and successfully.
- Respond to enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and online.
- Register applicants and match them with suitable rental properties.
- Arrange and conduct viewings, building rapport with prospective tenants.
- Generate new business opportunities and promote our full range of lettings services.
- Keep applicants and landlords informed with regular feedback and updates.
- Work towards targets and KPIs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A target-driven mindset with the motivation to earn commission.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Good organisational and IT skills.
- Previous property experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
