We’re now looking for a Property Inspector to join our team in Hessle.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-5:30, 9-5 on a Friday, and 9:30am-1pm 1 in 4 Saturdays
What you’ll be doing
- This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining property standards and delivering a professional service to landlords and tenants.
- Conduct routine property inspections across the portfolio.
- Produce detailed inspection reports and send them to landlords/property managers.
- Identify and report maintenance issues.
- Manage inspection-related calls and assist with general phone enquiries.
- Prepare and organise keys for scheduled inspections.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Assist management with additional duties when required.

- You’ll ideally have experience in property (preferred but not essential).
