This role is responsible for arranging and organising the trade team’s workload, liaising between departments and clients to ensure optimal job scheduling for tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and organise the trade team’s workload.
  • Liaise between different departments and clients to ensure the optimum number of jobs are scheduled on a weekly basis for each of our tradespeople.
  • Book appointments for our team of in-house tradespeople.
  • Respond to email and telephone enquiries.
  • Create quotes for client approval.
  • Order parts.
  • Check safety certification and send job completion details.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Administration skills and competency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
