We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, a leading network of lettings and estate agencies. This full‑time, permanent role has a 38.75‑hour week and offers on‑target earnings of £25,000‑£30,000.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively respond to enquiries face‑to‑face, on telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.
- Progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
- Encourage potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company’s services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
- Maintain regular contact with buyers and obtain feedback following viewings.
Qualifications:
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Drive and ability to close a deal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, honest relationships with existing and new clients.
- Able to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in property is preferable but transferable skills will be considered.
