As a Property Manager, you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure properties are maintained. The role is very varied and means every day is different and challenging. Duties within this role are:

  • Creation of detailed Inventories for new tenancies.
  • Interim Inspections during tenancies.
  • Creation of detailed checkout reports at the end of tenancies.
  • Deposit negotiations.
  • Dispute resolution between tenants and landlords.
  • Identifying refurbishments and implementation.
  • Project management.

The ideal candidate will have experience of all the above disciplines and also a sound knowledge of current lettings legislation, an understanding of fair wear & tear, betterment and depreciation. Training is available if your background is not within Property Management and you are looking for a new challenging and rewarding career.
