Join our 1-Year Real Estate Graduate Programme and kickstart your journey with one of the UK’s leading real estate firms. Lomond is a network of national sales and letting agents with a community of almost 3,000 professionals. This is your opportunity to learn from industry leaders, gain hands-on experience, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in property within our Linley & Simpson brand in Horsforth. Our rotational scheme will give you real-world experience, exposure to all sides of the business, and the opportunity to make an impact from day one.
At the end of the programme you will be guaranteed a permanent placement within the business. The salary for this role is up to £26,000 OTE.
What You’ll Do
- Rotate across key business areas such as sales, lettings, and property management
- Work as an estate agent with industry-leading professionals
- Gain hands-on experience in client-facing roles and property site visits
