This is a full-time, permanent position located in Bingley. The salary is £27,500 pa.
Responsibilities- Respond to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets.
- Register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging landlords to use our full range of services.
- Receive full training to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
- Experience delivering fantastic customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated and organised.
- Excellent IT skills.
