Responsibilities:
- Recording and processing of rent receipts
- Making BACS payments via online banking and preparing monthly statements for landlords
- Carrying out the daily banking, inputting invoices, paying suppliers and tenants, and processing refunds
- Answering accounts queries from tenants, landlords and other internal departments over the phone or by email
Qualifications:
- Have an aptitude for figures
- Be IT literate
- Have great administrative skills and excellent attention to detail
- A great telephone manner is a must
- Confident with writing professional and informative emails
