Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Headingley. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.75 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm. The salary ranges from £24,000 to £26,000 + commission.
Lettings Consultant Responsibilities- You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets.
- Working to targets you will register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging landlords to use our full range of services.
- Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
- Experience delivering fantastic customer service.
