This is a full-time, permanent position located in Sheffield. This is not just an apprenticeship; it's the start of a career in estate agency! You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.75 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9:30am to 1:00pm. The salary is £7.57 per hour (above the national apprenticeship rate).
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically.
- Making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets.
- Registering applicants and encouraging viewings of potential property matches.
- Encouraging landlords to use our full range of services.
Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
