LinkZill is seeking a Bio-Business Development Specialist to support its expansion in the biotech field. Reporting to the CEO Office, the ideal candidate will have a solid background in biology or a related field, along with a strong passion for business development. This role requires the ability to independently drive projects, a sharp market insight, and excellent communication skills to foster meaningful business relationships. We also welcome applications from students with relevant technical backgrounds for internship opportunities.
- Support the CEO in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for business expansion in the bio-tech industry, identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, including biotech companies and research institutions, to facilitate project collaborations.
- Conduct due diligence and assess technical feasibility of projects, evaluating commercial potential and associated risks.
- Assist the CEO in business negotiations to ensure smooth progression of partnerships.
- Represent LinkZill at industry conferences, trade shows, and forums to enhance visibility and influence within the life sciences sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in biology, life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field; additional qualifications in business, management, or marketing are a plus.
- Experience in business development, market analysis, or a related role in the biotech industry; experience with multinational corporations or research institution partnerships preferred.
- Strong market insight and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into commercial terms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong project management abilities, with a track record of organizing and advancing multiple projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of legal regulations, intellectual property management, and commercial models within the biotechnology industry.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- High level of responsibility, self-motivation, and adaptability to a fast-paced business environment; a strong team player.
