We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our clients Sales and Marketing function and help drive continued business growth. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and is comfortable balancing sales administration, customer liaison, and marketing support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website, including e-commerce activity.
- Create dispatch documentation such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, Chamber manuals, and CE certificates.
- Deputise for the Sales and Marketing Manager during periods of absence.
- Process customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with a global network of customers, agents, and distributors.
- Provide product information in various formats to support sales activity.
- Follow up on open sales leads and support distributor performance against targets.
- Monitor the sales inbox and allocate or respond to enquiries appropriately.
- Prepare and issue order acknowledgements, shipping documents, and invoices.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, trade shows, and events.
- Manage website and social media content updates.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, etc.).
- Support SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales administration or marketing support.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and social media management tools.
