A part‑qualified Accounts/Finance Manager is sought to support a small, friendly organisation operating within the construction or education sectors. This role requires a proactive individual with a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail across Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Management Information, and finance system administration. You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day financial operations, including invoicing, cashflow monitoring, supplier payments, credit control, and oversight of timesheets and expenses. Experience with systems such as Xero or Deltek (including Vantagepoint or PIM) would be beneficial. Working alongside external accountants, you will need a strong understanding of core accounting processes and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be someone who can identify issues, propose solutions, and deliver accurate and insightful financial information. Flexible working arrangements may be available depending on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day financial operations, including invoicing, cashflow monitoring, supplier payments, credit control, and oversight of timesheets and expenses.

Qualifications:
- Part Qualified in ACCA / CIMA or above
