What you'll do:
- Collaborate with budget holders, provide insightful financial information and guidance on financial matters.
- Prepare monthly reports and financial insights for review meetings.
- Meet with budget holders to enable accurate forecasting and highlight and address variances.
- Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process.
- Support in analysing, reviewing and reconciling income and expenditure variances.
- Process review and improvement.
- Assist with adhoc project requirements.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Part-Qualified or AAT Qualified.
- Strong systems and IT skills, including advanced Excel and the ability to analyse complex data.
- Experience of working with budget holders and providing financial insights.
- Management accounts experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with both financial and non-financial colleagues.
