Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in the supervision and coordination of all MEP services.
- Attend to clients, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters.
- Closely monitor, manage, and coordinate MEP services work and work closely with DSC’s/EDC’s/NCS’s to ensure project completion according to schedule.
- Manage MEP subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and report work progress on site to Project Manager.
- Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD/RCP).
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
- Cost & Time Oriented.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of MEP services.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good to have experience in Microsoft Project (Optional).
- Team player with good working attitude.
- Detail oriented and with excellent organisation skills.
