Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Delivery: Lead architecture and deployment of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), NSX-T, and vSAN solutions. Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management using SDDC Manager / LCM. Architect and manage multi-site DR, stretched clusters, and cross-site networking (L2/L3). Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into VMware-based solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for VMware infrastructures to meet operational needs. VMware Infrastructure Management: Administer VMware VCF, vSphere, vCenter, ESXi hosts, and VMware vSAN environments.
