WorkDay's Adaptive Planning Redesign:
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and architect Adaptive Planning solutions that align with organisational objectives and financial planning processes, ensuring scalable and efficient planning structures.
- Configure and develop Adaptive Planning sheets, models, and reports to support budgeting, reporting, and planning processes.
- Design and implement integration solutions between Workday Financial Management and Adaptive Planning.
- Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customisations to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
- Manage system integration between Workday Financial Management, other operating systems, and Adaptive Planning.
- Drive change management initiatives and provide training to end-users.
- Document technical specifications, process flows, and system configurations.
Tableau BI development:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create detailed functional specifications and process documentation.
