Provide IT infrastructure consultancy, technical guidance, expertise, and solutions.
Design technical solutions independently for requirements of enterprise customers and tender/RFP.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in one or more areas related to infrastructure and able to provide in-depth analysis, escalation support, and insights into infrastructure operations and issues.
Ensure that the IT infrastructure projects are delivered and maintained within schedule, in accordance with the quality and security standards.
Team Management responsibilities include pre-activities arrangement, activities planning, and coordinating team activities across various internal/external stakeholders.
Manage a team of at least two to three people, with responsibility for performance reviews, mentoring, career plans, etc.
Perform cross-functional coordination with business and technical teams to provide effective solutions with the highest quality.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in computer science, networking administration, information technology, or a similar field with at least 8 years of experience managing large scale IT infrastructure.
- Sound understanding of IT Infrastructure and Security operations, processes, and services.
- Microsoft certification, VMware certification, Cisco certification, Cloud certification or any related certification is an advantage.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
