Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for cleaning the rooms to high standards for the comfort and convenience of our guests in order to help create a seamless and memorable stay experience for them.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Attending meetings and collecting the daily room cleaning report/assignments.
  • Overseeing and coordinating the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and housekeeping equipment to ensure consistently high standards.
  • Conducting routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
  • Managing housekeeping inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels and proper utilization of supplies and equipment.
  • Following all safety and hygiene protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning and equipment.
  • Managing time effectively to complete assigned tasks within allocated timeframes.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient housekeeping operations.

Other duties may be assigned.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or hotel operations.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude.
