We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Executive. The role involves supporting daily office operations, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance works, site visits, and meetings.
- Maintain records of contracts, service agreements, and client communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other office documents as required.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure office supplies and resources are adequately stocked and organized.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience; prior exposure to facility management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Good written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly with clients and contractors.
