The Role Packer / Production Operative
- Packing products into bags, boxes and bespoke packaging
- Operating basic production/packing machinery
- Quality checking throughout the process
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
What You Need
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to do manual work and stand for long periods
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
- Experience in production/packing helpful but not essential
