Job Role: Production Operative
In this role, your main duties will include:
- Assembling wooden construction products.
- Ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Operating machinery.
- Providing general plant support.
While previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is beneficial, training will be provided for the right candidates.

Benefits & Requirements Production Operative:
Shifts: Vacancies available on morning, afternoon, and night fixed shifts, offering 40 hours paid per week.
- Morning shifts: 06:00am to 02:45pm Monday to Friday
- Afternoon shifts: 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday to Friday
- Night shifts: 11:15pm to 5:45am Monday to Friday
Pay Rates: Generous pay grades ranging from £13.77 to £14.89 per hour, with overtime rates available:
- Overtime rates: 1.25x rate Monday-Friday, 1.5x rate Saturday, and 2.0x rate Sunday.
