Our client is seeking a skilled and leadership-focused Production Supervisor with a robust background in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). Due to business expansion, they require a strategic leader who can exceed basic supervision and drive cultural and operational excellence. This role is ideal for individuals at the Supervisor/Manager level who are eager to join a growing company and continue their professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily electronic assembly and manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Plan and monitor complex production schedules to meet delivery targets.
- Analyse production data to improve efficiency and quality, employing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure all products meet stringent electrical quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Manage specialised manufacturing equipment to ensure it is maintained and operational.
- Monitor stock levels and work with procurement to address electronic component lead times.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in an EMS or electrical manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership in supervising or managing teams, with a focus on team development.
- Technical knowledge in PCB assembly and precision manufacturing processes.
