Production Operative
Our client in Corby are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their team on a temp-perm contract.
You will work as part of a team in a busy manufacturing working environment (galvanizing factory).
Applicants must be very reliable, be physically fit and work well in a team within a fast moving production environment where excellent customer service and high product quality is the key to our Clients continued success.
Production Operative – Additional details:
- Monday to Friday rotating mornings and afternoons
- Very heavy lifting occasionally required
- Excellent pay rates with pay increase structure
Production Operative Hours and shift patterns available:-
- 06:00-14:30 / 13:00-21:30 weekly rotating shifts
- Night Shifts: 21:30 06:00 (permanent shift, although training will be provided on Day shift for up to 4 weeks)
Production Operative Benefits:
Heres a breakdown of the pay structure:
- £14.00ph Standard hours
- £21.00ph Overtime (Mon-Sat)
- £28.00ph Overtime (Sunday)
- £55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
- £94.00 per week night Shift allowance
Once taken on permanent after 12 weeks, there will be again a significant pay increase:-
- £14.60ph Standard hours
- £21.30ph overtime hours Mon-Sat
- £28.40ph overtime hours Sunday
- £55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
- £94.00 per week night Shift allowance
- Bonus payments.
