Logistics Customer Service Administrator Lichfield Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Permanent role
Our Client, an FMCG sector company, are looking to recruit a Logistics Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis. They have a proven track record in developing talent and providing excellent career progression prospects.
Key responsibilities - Logistics Customer Service Administrator:
Receiving/placing orders from customers
Managing the bookings of customer collections from site
Providing support major UK retailers
Supporting in-office transport, reception and POD teams.
Supporting the commercial team with client management and future business
Supporting yard, operations and loading staff
Skills & experience- Logistics Customer Service Administrator:
Prior experience within an order processing, customer service or administrative role
Customer service focus with excellent communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail
Positive and pro-active attitude with the ability to work under pressure and under your own initiative
Able to efficiently use a computer including Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other business critical software
Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary
Hours - Logistics Customer Service Administrator
Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700 (1-hour lunch break)
On-Call, one weekend per month
On-Call, one week per month (1800-2200)
Benefits- Logistics Customer Service Administrator:
The position offers a structured work week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, along with on-call duties every 4 weeks. In terms of benefits, you can expect:
Basic Salary: 34,902 p/a (£16.78 p/h)
On-call Allowance: £2,400 per annum
Bonus: £1,000 per annum
Overtime Rate: 1.5x with occasional Saturday half day working
