Their core activities include timber harvesting, sawmilling, pallet and packaging production, and distribution. They are seeking hardworking and reliable Production Operatives for a temp-to-perm position.
Main Duties: As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting and repairing wooden pallets in a fast-paced environment.
- Operating pneumatic nail guns and reciprocating saws following specifications and standard operating procedures (SOP), in accordance with risk assessments.
- Ensuring compliance with site rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- The role involves significant manual handling, including lifting, bending, and twisting.
Requirements: We are looking for Production Operatives who:
- Can work both as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Are physically fit and experienced in using power tools.
- Are willing to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits: Competitive salary package including basic pay, attendance, and productivity bonuses.
