Linkster are recruiting for experienced Warehouse FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client based in Lichfield. This role is part of a 12-week Temp-to-Perm engagement, offering long-term career prospects for suitable candidates.

Main Duties:

  • Operating a Forklift Truck in Fradley Park, Lichfield.
  • Scanning paperwork.
  • Unloading lorries.
  • Putting stock into storage.
  • Transporting goods around the warehouse.

This role is focused purely on FLT work.

Additional Details:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday weekly rotating shift pattern, 07:00-15:00, and 11:00-19:00 with regular overtime available.
  • Duration: A 12-week Temp-to-Perm arrangement with consistent hours and the potential for long-term employment.
  • Benefits: Paid breaks, a competitive salary of £28,662 per annum, plus overtime rates of £20.67 per hour for hours over 40 and Saturday work, while Sunday and Bank Holiday work will earn you £27.56 per hour. Additionally, there are bonus payments totalling £1,000 per annum, distributed as £500 every six months.

Requirements: Candidates must have previous FLT Counterbalance experience.
