About the Company: Join a leading global automotive supplier dedicated to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a motivated HR Administrator to support our HR and Learning & Development team.

Job Overview: The HR Administrator will manage HR and Learning & Development (L&D) data with a focus on accuracy, security, and effective filing. Responsibilities include administration of HR systems, onboarding new starters, and supporting the training plan in collaboration with the HR Manager. This role is ideal for anyone looking to take initial steps in their HR career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure timely delivery of HR processes.
  • Administer and maintain HR databases and filing systems.
  • Collect and analyse HR and L&D data for improvement opportunities.
  • Record business performance and generate reports.
  • Conduct audits on new starter paperwork and induction processes.
  • Assist with the delivery and evaluation of HR programs and projects.

Skills Required:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
  • Problem-solving mindset and team oriented.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a HR and L&D role or a similar position.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • L3 CIPD Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours: 38 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 04:30pm, Friday 08:00am - 02:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
