Our Client, an FMCG sector company, are looking to recruit a Forklift Technician on a permanent basis. They have a proven track record in developing talent and providing excellent career progression prospects.
Key responsibilities:
- Electrical & mechanical experience working on either HGV, Bus, Plant, Forklift Trucks, Vehicle Recovery, Vehicle Technician, Platform lifts or Agricultural Machinery.
- Practical experience of electrical mechanical engineering through any sector is also of interest as is your professional attitude to the working environment.
Skills & experience:
- Mechanical & Electrical engineering, hydraulics or pneumatics, diesel, petrol, or LPG powered engines.
- Experience of servicing Forklift trucks, cherry pickers, powered access equipment, VNA trucks, or similar.
Hours & Shifts:
Rotating shifts 0500-1300 / 1200-2000 Monday to Friday
Benefits:
- Basic salary £33,488 p/a (£15.40 p/h)
- Annual Bonus £1,000 (£500 paid every 6 months)
- Overtime Days £24.15 (Mon-Sat) and £32.20 (Sun & BH)
- Overtime is regularly available
- Permanent, no Agency
