Accounts office Administrator Full Job Description We are looking for transport accounts office administrator to join our clients team based at Heathrow Airport. You\’ll be providing support working alongside the busy transport staff providing full assistance regarding all transport administration and accounts duties. Transport Administrator Duties: Raising recharge invoices when required. Rasing invoices weekly and monthly meeting group deadlines. Purchase orders, raising and sending to relevant clients or supplier. Payroll duties check and calculate all staff hours and overtime, dealing with staff expenses claims, uploading data to shared drive. Dealing with customer invoices ensuring all checked, approved using inhouse system. Monitor and chase documentation in support of the transport operation.
