We are seeking a SHEQ Manager to oversee all aspects of health, safety, environmental, and quality management within our welding, fabrication, and structural steel operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing risk assessments, implementing safety procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The SHEQ Manager will monitor and enforce quality standards, conduct audits, and provide training to staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Experience in the steel fabrication industry, strong leadership, and expertise in SHEQ systems are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) management systems in welding, fabrication, and structural steel operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols to ensure workplace safety.
  • Monitor compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead internal and external SHEQ audits and inspections.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on SHEQ policies and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

  • Strong knowledge of SHEQ regulations and compliance in the welding and fabrication industry.
  • NEBOSH Qualified.
