This is a rewarding and challenging role that focuses on enabling progress across all areas of development and giving every child the opportunity to achieve their potential.
Proven experience working directly with children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties is essential for this role, along with a desire to work with secondary aged students, behaviour management skills and the ability to engage students, an empathetic approach, excellent time and case management, strong written and verbal communication skills, working knowledge of support agencies, a team ethos, a full, clean driving license and own transport.
You will be working in schools across St Albans, Harpenden, Potters Bar, Borehamwood, Elstree, Welwyn and Hatfield.
