We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Design sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Reprographics Officer for a school in Moorgate, London.
Fixed term contract 9-12 months – working 5 days per week in the school and outside of term-time.
Reprographics Officer’s Core Duties
- Print and copy documents as requested by staff
- Oversee and order stationery and reprographics supplies
- Upload security passes for pupils, staff and visitors to the system
- Provide cover for the Reception and Facilities teams as necessary
- Arrange repairs of reprographics equipment with external contractors
- Frank all outgoing post and sort for collection
- Update system with new joiners and leavers
Reprographics Officer’s Skills Required
- Previous experience working within Reprographics
- Experience working within a school or college (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
- Ability to use own initiative
- Good experience with using photocopiers and printers
- Good IT skills, including MS Office (word and outlook)
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
