We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Marketing sector. We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator / Bid / Proposal Writer to join a highly regarded professional services firm.

Salary: Β£23,000 β Β£27,000 + Unsociable hours allowance and + Bonus + Overtime + Amazing Benefits + potential to increase for the ideal candidate
Hybrid working: 2 β 3 days from Home per week
Monday β Thursday, 11:30am β 7:30pm & Friday 10:30am β 6:30pm
- Respond to proposal requests, clarifying the brief, and working closely with Marketing team
- Create a draft of proposals in Word / PowerPoint by researching and formatting data from internal and external sources
- Tailor drafts in line with the client brief, such as text from other proposals
- Record proposal details on the internal database and update with results and any changes
- Create design elements, such as graphics, maps and charts
- Ensure attention to detail and a high level of quality in line with best practices and brand
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, plus design and marketing teams
- Bachelorβs Degree (Law degree desirable)
- Fully proficient in MS PowerPoint and Word (Excel and Outlook desirable)
- Experience using Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) β desirable
- Previous proposal / tender writing experience and data research
- Prior marketing, proof-reading and/or copy-editing experience
- Professional services or Legal experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English (mandatory)
- High attention to detail
- Experience of working on multiple jobs, under pressure, and to tight deadlines
