Property Manager / Managed Service Apartments Manager’s Core Duties
Enhance the standard and quality of all properties in the portfolio
Ensure the properties are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance
Manager a team of staff to uphold standards
Maintain the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the properties
Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
Work closely with third party contractors for cleaning and maintenance
Identify initiatives to boost the brand and firm reputation
Property Manager / Managed Service Apartments Manager’s Skills Required
Experienced in property management and / or managing serviced apartments
Good team management and leadership abilities
Do you have experience within a Hotel environment, not essential
Excellent communications skills
Good project management skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Best-in-class customer service skills
Problem-solver
Full, clean driving license
