We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Software Development sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer who will be responsible for the development and implementation of high-quality functional programming in the motorsport industry.
Remote role - with occasional travel to York office.
Senior Software Engineer’s Core Duties:- Develop information systems, and design, debug, and install software solutions.
- Identify operational feasibility through problem definition and solution development.
- Work with the Projects and IT teams in the UK and internationally.
- Follow software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, diagrams, flowcharts and clear code.
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Software Engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Web API and C#.
- Great front-end skills in Angular, Vue or similar.
- SQL experience in MSSQL or MySQL.
- Experience writing clean and easy to understand code.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Work autonomously.
